Dried organic olive leaves combined with dry biodynamic saffron grown on the Florentine hills in Tuscany.
The abundant phenolic compounds, such as oleuropein, and a high concentration of polyphenolic compounds in olive leaves provide antioxidative, neuroprotective, hypoglycaemic and cardioprotective activities blended with saffron anti-inflammatory qualities.
The taste is reminiscent of Silver Needle white tea with a strong floral taste, some earthy notes, and a honey aftertaste from dried Saffron.
